Privacy Policy

Marsriot Publisher · operated by MarsRiot Media, Jacksonville, Florida, USA
Effective date: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Marsriot Publisher ("the App", "we", "us") handles information in connection with publishing and managing short-form video on YouTube channels that we own and operate. The App is an internal publishing tool: it connects to our own YouTube channels and manages our own content. It is not offered to the public and does not collect information from viewers of our content.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing the App you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. This document describes how the App, specifically, accesses and uses data obtained through the YouTube API.

2. Information we access

When a channel owner authorizes the App through Google OAuth, Google provides us with:

We do not access, collect, request, or store personal data about other YouTube users, our subscribers, or our viewers.

3. How we use it

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or sale. We do not sell or rent any data, and we do not transfer YouTube API data to any third party except as described below.

4. Storage and security

Authorization tokens are stored privately on infrastructure we control, with file permissions restricted to the operator (mode 600), and are never exposed publicly or shared with third parties. Video files are hosted on Cloudflare R2 only for the moment of upload. Tokens and any cached analytics are retained only for as long as the channel remains connected.

5. Sharing

We share information only with the services necessary to provide the tool:

We do not share information with any other third party, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers in this tool.

6. Revoking access & deletion

The channel owner may revoke the App's access at any time via Google's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the App from accessing the channel, and we delete the corresponding stored tokens. To request deletion of any data we hold, contact us at the address below and we will remove the associated tokens and cached information promptly.

7. Limited Use disclosure

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Children

The App is an internal business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
