These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Marsriot Publisher ("the App"), a private content-publishing tool operated by MarsRiot Media ("we", "us"). By connecting a channel to the App or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms.
The App publishes and manages short-form video content on YouTube channels owned and operated by MarsRiot Media, using the official YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API). The App is an internal tool and is not offered to or usable by the general public.
The App may be used only by MarsRiot Media and its authorized operators, only with channels they own or are permitted to manage, and only to publish content they have the rights to distribute. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of YouTube and Google.
We are solely responsible for the content we publish through the App. Content is created by MarsRiot Media; where content is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence, it is disclosed in accordance with YouTube's requirements.
Use of the App in connection with YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. Nothing in these Terms overrides those platform terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any upload will succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarsRiot Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to use of the App.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Channel access can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
